The Presidency of the Government, with the support of the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support of the European Commission (DG REFORM) and the technical assistance of Expertise France, implemented a series of actions aimed at introducing effective legislative practices across all levels of public administration.
Scope of the Project
Preparation of recommendations for improving the coordination and coherence of the regulatory and legislative cycle, as well as for enhancing the quality of legislation and integrating strategic planning practices into the design of regulatory policy.
Capacity building for public administration officials involved in the legislative process through the implementation of a comprehensive training programme for trainers and executive managers.

Development of 92 targeted policy recommendations
Training and capacity building for 350 public administration officials, including 61 trainers, delivered by 28 officials and experts from 13 countries
