Training of trainers
The train-the trainer sessions were attended by executive managers and other senior officers of the Public Administration, in order to transfer knowledge in ‘executive’ law-drafting to legislative drafters, policy and digital analysts and other executives involved in policy formulation and the legislative process.
The overarching objective of the Training of Trainers initiative was to foster the development of a community of legislative drafters within the public administration and to establish a sustainable mechanism for the promotion and dissemination of expertise in legislative drafting
The immediate objective of the Training of Trainers was to impart knowledge and skills of better regulation, in particular:
Consolidation of knowledge on better regulation in the executive state
Acquisition of basic knowledge in adult education methodology
Acquiring practical skills in supporting the learning process
The training of trainers programme includes 11 training seminars and 6 engagement and reflection workshops.
