Training Programme
The overarching objective of the training programme was to establish a community of legislative drafters across the Greek public administration, with a view to supporting the effective implementation of regulatory reforms
Training programme objectives:
Familiarisation with the methodology and culture of effective legislative practice across the full lifecycle of legislation
Familiarisation with alternative approaches to problem-solving that do not necessitate the enactment of new regulatory measures
Practical application of the above principles in case studies
Reflection on strategies for promotion and implementation of good legislative practice and its associated tools
The training programme was developed on the basis of a study on legislative practices in Greece and the formulation of recommendations for enhancing legislation, and was carried out between November 2023 and June 2024
